POSITION DESCRIPTION: Facilities
PLUS provides corporate real estate and facilities management to clients
throughout the DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITES: Specific duties vary by
site, but generally include: ·
Facility
management duties in support of client’s daily business operations ·
Manage move,
renovation and rearrangement projects ·
Manage leasing transaction
projects ·
Maintain lease
database ·
Establish and
manage vendor relationships ·
Oversight of,
and backup for mail, reception and shipping ·
Assist in
developing and maintaining standard processes and related forms ·
Other duties as
assigned SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: ·
Strong
communication skills, both oral and written ·
Strong customer
service orientation ·
Solid computer
knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office and Internet (Email) ·
AutoCAD and
CAFM experience a plus ·
Some Travel – normally
less than 25% EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE: ·
At least five years
relevant experience ·
AA or BS degree
