Job Title:      Facilities Management Specialists

 

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Facilities PLUS provides corporate real estate and facilities management to clients throughout the U.S.  Positions range from entry level Facility Management Specialists to senior level Facilities and Real Estate Managers. 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Specific duties vary by site, but generally include:

·        Facility management duties in support of client’s daily business operations

·        Manage move, renovation and rearrangement projects

·        Manage leasing transaction projects

·        Maintain lease database

·        Establish and manage vendor relationships

·        Oversight of, and backup for mail, reception and shipping

·        Assist in developing and maintaining standard processes and related forms

·        Other duties as assigned

 

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

·        Strong communication skills, both oral and written

·        Strong customer service orientation

·        Solid computer knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office and Internet (Email)

·        AutoCAD and CAFM experience a plus

·        Some Travel – normally less than 25%

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·        At least five years relevant experience

·        AA or BS degree with a major in facility management or related field preferred
