Calling Card Policy & Guidelines
Calling Cards can be utilized to place long distance calls when you are away from your office and you do
not have use of the following:
- Another [Client Name] office telephone
- Business Cell Phone
- 800 number (can be called directly from any phone booth without inserting
coins).
Overall Guidelines:
- All Calling Card administration is performed by the Facilities
PLUS (FPI) Helpdesk.
- Calling Cards require the immediate manager’s approval.
- The calling card is to be used for business use only. Occasional
personal use is allowed, but only infrequently.
- Managers will be responsible for reviewing all calling card
usage to ensure against fraud and abuse.
- Immediately report lost or stolen cards to the Facilities
PLUS Help Desk @ 555-555-5555, or email the information
to sample@facilitiesplus.com.
Ordering Calling Cards:
- Please complete the New Calling Card
Request form. The form will automatically be routed to the Facilities
PLUS Helpdesk upon submission for immediate processing.
- All Calling Card administration is performed by the FPI help desk @ 555-555-5555, or send an email to sample@facilitiesplus.com.
Transferring a Calling Card between Businesses
- Please complete the Calling Card
Change Request form. The form will automatically be routed to the Facilities
PLUS Helpdesk upon submission for immediate processing.
