Facilities PLUS and [CLIENT NAME] have scanned all Facility Project Authorization documents
and put them on-line. Simply find and click on the appropriate facility.
The system will display the scanned FPA document for that site.
NOTE:
- Access to these FPA documents requires a user ID and password. If you have not been established as a user of this system, please contact your Regional Facility Manager (Contact Listing). S/he can either coordinate establishing you as a user of this system, or obtain the information you need from the files.
- Downloading these documents can be time consuming. Please be patient.
