For all voice telecommunications requests from any [Client Name] locations, please contact the Facilities PLUS (FPI) Helpdesk @ 555-555-5555, or email them at sample@facilitiesplus.com.
Assistance can be obtained for any of the areas listed below:
- Cellular/Blackberry Support (Cell phones, Blackberry, upgrades, etc.)
- Calling cards (issues, new employee request, etc.)
- Long Distance or Local Services (issues, new service, billing analysis, etc.)
- New Office Requirements (cabling, phone services, etc.)
- Office Relocation (moving your phone system, obtaining new telephone services, transferring your current telephone service, etc.)
- Telephone System (install, upgrade, issues, programming, assistance, etc.)
- Voice Mail (install, upgrade, issues, programming, assistance, etc.)
