Corporate Real Estate Management

FACILITIES PLUS has been
providing Corporate Real Estate Management under the
outsourcing concept since 1989, making us an early pioneer
of this concept.
We currently manage more than 400 client sites in North
America, totaling more than six million square feet of
space.
We typically manage the entire real estate process for
clients, from initiation and approval of each project
through broker selection, site search, lease negotiation,
construction management, move management and on-going
lease administration. Our Telecommunications team typically
supports the telecom needs associated with these projects.
We effectively leverage technology. For example:
- All client lease documents are scanned and placed
on the Intranet site we develop for them. Thus, our
clients can instantly access any lease document from any location
where they have internet access
- All lease data is abstracted and maintained in a database,
also available via the Intranet. Thus, we can easily
provide standard and ad hoc reports to meet client
needs
- The intranet sites include information of how to
contact our Help Desk, documentation of standard processes
and copies of standard forms
- We develop metrics of key parameters, allowing
us to measure each location against other locations
and established benchmarks / targets.
Consistent with a Six Sigma approach, we provide clients
with scorecards and / or reports,
so all of our efforts are documented, and key portfolio
trends are tracked.
