Facilities Management

FACILITIES PLUS manages facilities for our clients totaling more than six million square feet. Our range of service includes development and implementation of space standards, office space management, rearrangement and renovation project management, CAD / CAFM system implementation and management, day-to-day building operations, vendor selection and management, and landlord liaison.

We utilize a web-based system for recording and tracking work tickets. Thus, clients can instantly determine the status of their work request … and we survey each requestor upon job completion. Survey results are just part of our typical scorecard. Scorecards provide clients comprehensive information on their facilities and our support activities.
