Telecommunications Management

FACILITIES PLUS offers a
wide range of telecommunications management, providing
broad based telecom support to over 400 client sites
throughout the U.S. Support ranges from project management
of system installations and moves to on-going phone
maintenance and trouble resolution, phone system optimization, phone cost audits, and Moves / Adds / Changes
(MACs). We have installed
systems as large as a 1,200+ person operation
with a 150 position Call Center to some as small as
Centrex service for a two person office.
For one typical client we
support 50 locations throughout the U.S., with personnel
on-site at the client’s larger sites, and other personnel in our office
to provide remote support to their smaller sites.
Support
examples include:
- International conversion to VoIP
- Recent selection and installation of a PBX for a
new Call Center
- Installation of a PBX, saving in excess of $100,000
by redeploying an unused system within the client's
organization, rather than buying the new system as
they had planned
- Managing clients' voice conferencing bridge, with
our Help Desk providing first line support, backed
up by our Phone Technicians
- Work ticket resolution, where clients can input
trouble tickets directly to our web-based work order
system, or call our Help Desk. Either way, we manage
and follow all trouble tickets through completion
- Coordination of employee home business lines and
long distance calling cards
- On a smaller scale, we recently helped a client
with 10 locations in the U.S. to optimize their telecommunications
spend, saving them much more than the cost of our study
