FACILITIES PLUS has been providing Corporate Real Estate Management under the outsourcing concept since 1989, making us an early pioneer of this concept.

We typically manage the entire real estate process for clients, from strategic facilities plan development to initiation and approval of each project, broker selection, site search, lease negotiation, construction management, move management and on-going lease administration. Our Telecommunications team typically supports the telecom needs associated with these projects.

Our goal is to make real estate transactions a repeatable process, based on:

• Developing client-specific processes
• Implementing standard forms for each step of the process, and
• Providing scorecards / performance measurements

We typically implement an intranet site containing all real estate related information, to include:

• Information of how to contact our Help Desk
• Documentation of standard processes and copies of standard forms
• Scanned copies of all client lease documents, enabling our clients to instantly access a copy of any lease from any location
• Abstracted lease data stored in a web-enabled database, from which we can easily provide standard and ad hoc reports to meet client needs

Consistent with a LEAN Six Sigma approach, we provide clients with scorecards and reports, so all of our efforts are documented, and key portfolio trends are tracked.
