We believe in cost-effective use of technology

• We utilize a web-based system for recording and tracking work tickets, enabling clients to instantly determine the status of their work request and we survey requestors upon job completion. Survey results are just part of our typical scorecard. Scorecards provide clients comprehensive information on their facilities and our support activities.
